Tennessee Scholar Scholarship
The Tennessee Technology Center at Harriman is offering a $300.00 scholarship to graduating Tennessee Scholars. Application and references are required along with an essay. Deadline for the applications is April 30,2008 and the scholarships are available to all Roane County 2008 graduates that qualify as TN Scholars. For more information call (865) 882-6703. |

TTC Harriman Director's Scholarship We currently have several scholarships available to students in Roane, Morgan, Cumberland, and Anderson Counties. This scholarship is in addition to the Federal Pell Grant and Wilder-Naifeh Technical Skills Grant awarded by the TN Lottery of $2000.00 for students who have lived in TN for one year and have graduated from high school or achieved a GED. | Students from the Practical Nursing program at TTC Harriman assisted Rob Allen, the School Nurse at Cherokee Middle School, with assessing students and entering the data into a data base that will track the students wellness throughout their time in the Roane County School system. The students helped with taking blood pressure, measuring height and weight, giving eye exams, and hearing test. |
